Are the water heaters that are at the Big Box stores the same as the water heaters installed by AWHS.
Even though some have the same name they are not. They are made with different standards in mind to keep the cost down.
If I need warranty service will you be the company to service our water heater.
We at AWHS are warranty service providers for all water heaters that we install.
Will AWHS install a water heater provided by the homeowner or facility owner.
AWHS will install a customer provided water heater. However if there is a problem with the water heater that is not an installation issue the customer will be responsible for all cost associated with removal and replacement of their provided water heater.
I have been told that tankless water heaters will not provide me with enough hot water.
Tankless water heaters need to be properly sized to fit the consumer’s needs. Tankless water heaters come in various sizes ranging from 110,000 BTU’s to 199,000 BTU’s therefore one size does not fit all. We will always size them to our customers’ needs.
Will you remove the old water heater and haul it off.
AWHS always removes and recycles all water heaters.
I have to wait for my hot water to get to my faucet. Is there any way that I can get it faster?
Yes there is. There are several different methods to accomplishing that. AWHS will come to your home or facility for a no cost estimate to analyze the best possible solution.
If I install a tankless water heater do I need a water softener?
All manufactures suggest that any water that is harder than 11 grains needs to have a water softener.
If I have a water softener how often do I need to flush my tankless water heater?
Your tankless water heater needs to be flushed annually.
